DBS Checks
Internal disclosures - Keep record or disclosure no./date of check /outcome etc. only for as long as it is required and for the purpose for which it was obtained.
Customers
Name & contact details - Taken and retained with consent of customer for period that they are required, or until consent is withdrawn.
Payment details - To be destroyed immediately after they have been used to take or make payment.
CCTV
Video recordings (no audio) - Retained for 31 days and then automatically deleted, as required by Cheshire Constabulary.
This data processor does the following activities for us: They process customer data for booking golf and making online payments. They also retain a list of email addresses for customers who have opted in to be contacted.
